Contributions to the U.S. Committee for FAO may be designated for TeleFood or The Growing Connection. Funds collected for TeleFood are used entirely to provide inputs to food producers for small-scale sustainable agriculture, livestock and fisheries projects. Funds collected for The Growing Connection are used to link students in the U.S. with those in developing countries in using low-cost food production innovations to produce food and provide an educational foundation in the life sciences.
