My favorite cause pertains to the need for improved vision as improving vision is the single most effective way to improve quality of life for people of all ages and occupations. With Considerable experience, working in the developing world, I have recognized the tremendous potential and impact of improved vision. School performance can be improved for children while the elderly may continue functioning and making contributions based upon individual capabilities and experience. Simple straightforward methods are possible to improve vision which may also yield side benefits of economic improvement for those involved as affordable eyeglasses represent a commodity in great demand.
