iChapters Plants Trees

This drive came about when PopTech regular Robert Tolmach heard Sarah Otterstrom's presentation at PopTech 2007. Look how many trees have been planted! It's like Maine, but without the lobsters.

I am so proud to be part of a creative movement that connects individuals with environmental projects in our world. As an adjunct Management Studies Instructor at our local community college, I encourage my students to be part of the incredible social change that is taking place today. By supporting this drive, we can all be part of the solutions to restore and conserve our world's resources. I will be encouraging all my students and others to be part of this great challenge.

Paso Pacifico is doing phenomenal work and it's great that ichapters is supporting the organization. I can attest to that firsthand. I spent week touring the reforested land on the Pacific seaboard around San Juan Del Sur and spoke directly to landowners and developers. Paso Pacifico is highly regarded by all stakeholders in these critical areas -- Nicaraguan farmers, local politicians, developers and US citizens living down there.

Support the future by planting a tree.

This is a win-win on all fronts! Avoiding overconsumption due to needless waste of paper resources and, by doing so, helping to replenish our forests... and all the benefits that entails. Hats off to a fantastic idea!

It's not often that a company will plant a tree for every digital product that they sell. This is a very impressive demonstration and commitment to the environment.
