Feed The Children is working to move pre-positioned emergency food from its international offices in neighboring Thailand to reach those displaced and devastated by the cyclone in Myanmar (Burma).
Up to 2 million people have been affected by Cyclone Nargis, and many are now homeless. The United Nations estimates between 63,000 and 100,000 people may have died as a result of the cyclone. Those who survived the storm are still at risk due to lack of food, clean water, and medical supplies.
