The goal of this project is to furnish 68 dorm rooms in the newly built Thurmond Woodard Residence Hall for young men (donated by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation) at CIDA Park in Johannesburg, South Africa. CIDA offers the first free college education in South Africa. CIDA’s vision is to transform Africa by producing graduates who are qualified professionals, entrepreneurial creators of new businesses, and leaders in their communities.

There will be 204 men residing in the dormitory and the impact on their families and future generations will be revolutionary.
