Your donation will offset 100,000 pounds of carbon dioxide in order to neutralize the impact of up to 40,000 miles of flying.

Carbonfund.org will support renewable energy, such as wind and solar; energy efficiency and reforestation projects that offset carbon dioxide emissions. Our climate-friendly projects are in the United States, India and Nepal, with projects planned in Latin America and Africa.

Offsetting your carbon footprint allows you to become part of the solution to global warming by supporting the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, which cause global warming, equal to your annual emissions from your home, car and flying energy use.

Our projects also create jobs in rural areas, support indigenous people and local economies, restore natural habitats, reduce oil imports and increase national security. They also make clean technologies more affordable, a major goal of Carbonfund.org.
