Nepal has no government-supported public library system, no tradition of a reading culture and a lack of quality educational facilities—leaving generations of rural Nepali to perpetuate a cycle of illiteracy. With 40 percent of its 27 million residents under the age of 15, Nepal has the opportunity to support educational efforts and forge a more promising future for its youth. You can help.
