People, agencies and local governments that want to help homeless veterans need training about successful programs, funding opportunities, agency administration, reporting requirements, and program development. NCHV provides this training nationwide at nominal cost to care providers.

The Gift

Your gift will provide one hour of instruction on how to start, maintain, and expand a successful homeless veteran assistance program. NCHV provides national and regional training programs throughout the year for service providers, faith-based organizations, local service delivery networks and government agencies.

Instruction topics include organization administration and governance, developing diverse funding streams, federal grants and regulations, corporate and foundation resources, building community collaboratives, financial management, and program development and measuring outcomes.
