Problem

In 2001, only 47 percent of people in families with incomes from $15,000 to $24,999 used computers at home or at work, compared to 88 percent of families with incomes exceeding $75,000. Low-income adults and children start at a disadvantage in this digital age because of their limited access to the internet.
