Problem

Civil society organizations often require support to establish their goals, act collectively, and make their voices heard in public. CIVICUS is a global alliance and our members are able to access solidarity and support from a wide range of organizations based around the world. Every year, we receive requests from both individuals and organizations located in developing countries that could benefit from membership but need a sponsor.

The Gift

Your gift will enable a civil society activist or organization based in a developing country to become a member of CIVICUS for a year. They will be able to participate in, and benefit from, a global network of civil society organizations.

All members support CIVICUS' vision and mission of strengthening civil society around the world and building a community of informed, inspired and committed citizens engaged in confronting the challenges facing humanity.

Through sponsoring an organization, you will enable more people to have access to information and opportunities, including involvement in CIVICUS organized events, e-forums, and campaigns, which will strengthen the activities of global civil society in defending the public good.
