Problem

Women come to Dress for Success looking for guidance, support and help to re-enter the workforce or enter the workforce for the first time. These women come to DFS from non-profit organizations, including domestic violence agencies, homeless shelters and job-training programs. While the interview suit is just the beginning, it is an important first step in the lives of disadvantaged women who are on the path to gaining economic independence by transitioning into employment.

The Gift

Your gift will sponsor a woman for one year so that she can participate in the full range of Dress for Success programs including Suiting, Career Center, Professional Women’s Group, Women 2 Women Mentoring and more. This will provide her with the necessary tools to gain employment, retain employment and become self-sufficient.
