Problem

Each year, about 300 sixteen to eighteen year olds in Bulgaria graduate from state institutions and start life on their own. As orphans and disadvantaged youth who have grown up without their families, they often lack basic life skills. Partners’ Center in Bulgaria runs a Center that is preparing these youth for the transition. The Center is a place where youth drop by for counseling and job readiness training. Tutors help them improve their grades.

The Gift

Your gift will provide job training for an orphan preparing to exit the Bulgarian state institution system. These youth need job skills training, interview skills and help in learning how to research job opportunities. Partners program provides these services for orphans in preparation for their exit from state supported homes.
