Human rights groups are often marginalized and isolated, unable to overcome the communications barriers imposed on them by government-controlled media or other conditions that cut them off from attention and support. WITNESS helps these courageous individuals bring their stories to people with the power to end the silence and make a difference knowing that, for many people, seeing is believing.

The Gift

WITNESS provides human rights advocates with the communications technology they need to tell their stories. We train our partners so they can engage in digital witnessing and make powerful videos to fight for human rights. Your gift will provide WITNESS training videos and manuals to one Partner Organization.
