Exhale is a grassroots, Oakland-based organization that creates a social climate where each person’s unique experience with abortion is respected, supported, and free from stigma. Exhale runs the only national, after-abortion talkline that operates with respect for reproductive freedom.
Bilingual/bicultural volunteers particularly needed, especially in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Korean, Vietnamese, and other languages.
Men are also welcome, to help us better meet the needs of male callers.
Childcare stipends are available - please inquire.
