Description:

FIDESCO is a french NGO that sends volunteers (from all the world) for 2 years to make their skills available to development projects and other humanitarian activities. FIDESCO exists as a service to local Catholic Churches in poor regions and countries.
Fidesco aims at helping the Church representatives implement their human development projects. To achieve this, it sends 60 new volunteers each year who are able to comply with the requests of the world-wide churches and communities.

Fidesco looks for volunteers of all backgrounds preferring those who are active in some church movements and services and in building institutions.

Single or married volunteers, sometimes with children, offer their professional skills (in education, management, health, agriculture, construction, training...) to the service of the host country.
