about Dreamfish
The mission of Dreamfish is to spawn a just, sustainable, healthy world by globally supporting changemakers with creative learning environments and tools across cultures, fields, and generations. An educational nonprofit, Dreamfish carries out this mission by engaging individuals and groups in exchange through collaborative learning, interactive arts, organization development and community-generated media. Organized as a network of individuals, Dreamfish members partner on projects with organizations and independents to produce a website, large events, workshops, art projects and organizational change initiatives. Our website, Dreamfish.org, is a new social networking and global learning community website for changemakers.

Account Director
The Account Director is a senior position, responsible for developing partnerships with organizational clients and partners to create change initiatives related to diversity, sustainability, the body at work, community-building and organizational art.

The Account Director will develop new business, identify project deliverables, mobilize a team of experienced professional facilitators and interns from our network and serve the client objectives. The Account Director will be someone, who has experience in organization development, consulting, project staffing, negotiating, mentoring and coaching. The Account Director has managed leadership teams and is comfortable interacting with senior management in different kinds of organizations.

Compensation: The Account Director is currently pro bono and the role will transition from pro bono to a paid position, as the program establishes itself.
